HIIT (High Intensity Interval training) – 50 minutes:
Feel the energy at high intensity interval training, which pairs strength and cardio for a total body conditioning to help target strength building and muscular endurance. This workout will fly by as you move through multiple circuits setup with dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises and more. Leave class feeling stronger, and a better version of yourself! Circuit training may range from 20-45 seconds of hard work with short rest periods, and a burst of cardio to spice things up! Intensity level: 4/5 Tennis shoes required. No mat needed.
