Spend a weekend “Workin’ for Wolves” assisting the wolf care staff with some winterization projects. In the fall, we have to make sure any pond devices are shut down and ready for freezing while the drinking water supply has a functioning heat source that keeps the drinking water thawed. Fall projects can also provide a good chance to burn debris and make sure fence edges are ready for snow and ice build-up.
