Experience Ely Expo
Our area boasts over 100 clubs and organizations designed to enhance and support our community. The Experience Ely Expo (EEE) is designed to feature some of these wonderful clubs and organizations during either our Blueberry/Art or Harvest Moon Festivals. Here are the EEE criteria:
- Club or organization is recognized as either a 501(c)3 or 501(c)4 nonprofit
- The organization or chapter is based in either Ely, Babbitt, or Winton
- No political or lobbyist organizations
- Emphasis is on:
- Sports or recreation
- Arts & Crafts
- Attractions or museums
- First Responders, Law Enforcement, Search & Rescue
- Service
The application period runs from November thru April 1st of each year. We have a jury of individuals from various area nonprofit organizations who review the application. There is no cost to apply for the expo. All paperwork must be received to review the application. The applicant has the option of applying for one or both of the festival weekends.
Experience Ely Application Expo Policies Expo ST-19 Release & Hold Harmless Form
Before applying to the expo, clubs and organizations must review the expo policies fully. If selected, the club or organization will be contacted by email. Payment for booth(s) must be received within two weeks of acceptance into the expo. There are no refunds for booth fees.
Submit the completed expo application, St-19, Release & Hold Harmless Form, and photos to either events@ely.org, or mail/drop-off at:
