Our area boasts over 100 clubs and organizations designed to enhance and support our community.  The Experience Ely Expo (EEE) is designed to feature some of these wonderful clubs and organizations during either our Blueberry/Art or Harvest Moon Festivals.  Here are the EEE criteria:

  • Club or organization is recognized as either a 501(c)3 or 501(c)4 nonprofit
  • The organization or chapter is based in either Ely, Babbitt, or Winton
  • No political or lobbyist organizations
  • Emphasis is on:
    • Sports or recreation
    • Arts & Crafts
    • Attractions or museums
    • First Responders, Law Enforcement, Search & Rescue
    • Service

The application period runs from November thru April 1st of each year.  We have a jury of individuals from various area nonprofit organizations who review the application.  There is no cost to apply for the expo.  All paperwork must be received to review the application.  The applicant has the option of applying for one or both of the festival weekends.
